TSAVALAS RETURNS
Returns & Exchanges
Return window
You have 15 days from delivery to request a return/exchange authorization (RMA). This doesn’t limit any non-waivable EU rights (see “EU withdrawal” below).
Condition
Items must be unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Include the receipt or order number.
How to start a return
Email hello@tsavalas.com with your order number and the reason. We’ll reply with instructions and the return address.
Please wait for authorization so your return is processed quickly. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Who pays for return shipping
- Change of mind / wrong size (not defective): customer pays return shipping.
- Defects, damage, or wrong item: we cover return costs and make it right.
Made-to-order & personalization
All boots are made to order.
- Color choice is a standard option (not personalization).
- Stamped/engraved/personalized items (e.g., initials) can’t be returned for change of mind; they’re repaired/replaced/refunded if faulty or misdescribed.
Non-returnable items
- Final-sale items and gift cards
- Personalized/engraved items (e.g., stamped initials)
- Used or worn items
Exchanges (fastest)
Place a new order for the size/color you want and return the original once approved. We process the return as soon as it arrives.
Damages or issues
- Damaged: photograph packaging and product and contact us within 48 hours.
- Marked “delivered” but missing: check with household/neighbors and your local depot; then contact us to open an investigation.
EU right of withdrawal (14 days)
For deliveries within the EU, you can cancel and return within 14 calendar days of delivery for any reason, provided items are unused and in original condition/packaging. Personalized goods are excluded.
Outside the EU: made-to-order items are eligible for exchange or store credit for change-of-mind.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll email you. If approved, we’ll issue your refund within 3–5 business days. Your bank/card issuer may take longer to post the credit (varies by bank). If it’s been 10 business days since approval and you don’t see the refund, email hello@tsavalas.com.
Return address
International returns
Mark parcels as “Returned Goods” on customs forms. Use a tracked service and share the tracking link. Any import charges on returns may be deducted from the refund.
After authorization, please ship the return within 7 days (tell us if you need more time).
