From Monemvasia, Greece via ELTA (Hellenic Post). Outside Greece, parcels travel through the EMS / international postal network and are delivered by your local operator (examples: USPS, Royal Mail, La Poste / Colissimo, Deutsche Post, Canada Post).

• EU: 3–8 business days
• UK: 5–9 business days
• US/Canada: 6–12 business days
• Rest of world: 7–14+ business days

Every parcel includes tracking. ELTA numbers are 13 characters and end in “GR”. Your tracking link is emailed when your order ships.

Within the EU: taxes/VAT handled at checkout where applicable. Outside the EU: local duties, taxes and brokerage may be charged on arrival and are paid by the recipient.

• Address edits within 12 hours of ordering; after dispatch we cannot change addresses.
• Some destinations require a signature. If you authorize drop-off without signature, you accept responsibility after the delivery scan.
• If a parcel returns due to incorrect address, refusal, or uncollected customs fees, we can reship (additional cost) or refund minus shipping when it arrives back in original condition.

• Damaged: photograph packaging and product and contact us within 48 hours.
• Marked “delivered” but missing: check with household/neighbors and your local depot; then contact us to open an investigation.
