Τα μποτάκια κατασκευάζονται σε 1–3 εργάσιμες ημέρες και κατόπιν αποστέλλονται. Συνήθη συνολικά χρονικά παράθυρα: ΕΕ 1–3 εβδομάδες, ΗΠΑ/ΚΑ/ΗΒ 2–4 εβδομάδες ανάλογα με το τελωνείο.
1) Χρόνος επεξεργασίας (χειροποίητα κατόπιν παραγγελίας)
Χρόνος κατασκευής: 1–3 εργάσιμες ημέρες από την πληρωμή (Σ/Κ & αργίες δεν υπολογίζονται).

2) Shipping methods & typical transit times
We ship from Monemvasia, Greece with ELTA (Hellenic Post). Outside Greece, parcels move via the EMS / international postal network and are delivered by your local postal operator (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail, La Poste/Colissimo, Deutsche Post). Times are typical (not guarantees) and exclude customs.

4) Tracking
Each parcel includes a tracking link sent by email when it leaves our workshop. ELTA tracking numbers are 13 characters and end in “GR”. Can’t find the email? Check spam or
contact us.5) Taxes, duties & VAT
- Within the EU: No customs duties between EU countries. Taxes/VAT are calculated at checkout where applicable.
- Outside the EU (e.g., UK/US/CA): Local duties, taxes, and brokerage may be charged on arrival and are the customer’s responsibility. Your carrier will contact you if anything is due.
6) Address changes & delivery
Need to change the shipping address on an order? Email us within 12 hours of ordering. After dispatch we can’t edit addresses.
- To change your email: sign in to your account.
- To change your address book: sign in to manage addresses.
Some destinations require a signature. If you authorize drop-off without signature, you accept responsibility after the delivery scan.
If a parcel returns due to incorrect address, refusal, or uncollected customs fees, we can reship (additional shipping cost) or refund minus shipping once it arrives back in original condition.
7) Delays, lost or damaged parcels
Carrier/customs/weather delays are outside our control, but we’ll help chase updates.
If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and product and contact us within 48 hours so we can file a claim.
If tracking shows delivered but you can’t find it, check with household members/neighbors and your local depot; then contact us to open an investigation.
8) P.O. boxes & remote areas
International post can often deliver to P.O. boxes (varies by country). Courier upgrades are not currently offered.
Remote-area surcharges may apply, we’ll contact you before dispatch if needed.
9) Risk of loss (EU consumer rights)
Under EU law, risk passes to you when you (or someone you nominate) physically receive the goods. If you choose your own forwarder, risk passes when we hand the parcel to that forwarder.
